Per Episode Editing
We can work on a per-episode basis where we are supplied the raw recording files and assets for your podcast, and we handle the editing, placement of intro, outro, and any advertisements, and improve the sonic quality of the podcast through our mixing and mastering services to ensure a professional podcast. This allows us to take the stress of editing and producing your podcast away so you can focus on managing the show with your team.
PRICING INFORMATION:
This is a per-episode cost that ranges anywhere from $50 – $200 an episode depending on what your show requires.
Monthly Production & Management Services
If you are looking for a company that can handle every aspect of the podcast’s production while also managing the show’s administrative duties, then we would absolutely love to help. Instead of just working on a per episode basis, we can also set up specific packages where we handle all of the management duties of the podcast such as hosting and publishing, social media asset creation, guest communications, and other admin duties. Rather than charging on an episode-by-episode basis, our recurring monthly retainer covers all agreed-upon services for one monthly fee.
PRICING INFORMATION:
Prices range from $500 to $2000 or more depending on the specific needs of your show. We would be thrilled to create a custom package tailored to your requirements, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your podcast with the peace of mind that everything is taken care of.

Meet your Producer
My name is Hayden July Doerr and I have over 10 years of experience working in the audio engineering and media production industry. Currently, I am the Founder and CEO of July Media Labs, which is a podcast and media production company based out of Dallas, Texas.
I decided to focus on podcast production after years of recording, mixing, and mastering metal music and suddenly having the question of “Why do so many podcasts that I love SOUND horrible?!”
So then I realized that If I can record, mix, and master music, then maybe I can improve the sound of podcasts if I treat them like I treat professional music recordings! I then transitioned my business from recording music into focusing on podcast production, and July Media Labs was born.
